At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at an author rate no later than 5 Feb 2018 in order for the author’s paper to be presented at the conference and included in both the conference proceedings and IEEE Explore.


- One author regular rate will cover the publication of one paper and the right to register one another of his/her own paper at the author second paper rate.


- No paper can be covered by a student registration.


- Student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students.
